PARKING

  • Non-validated parking is available at the Cabrini Medical Tower Parking Garage, located on Marion Street (between Terry and Boren).
  • On the 2nd floor of the garage, enter through the sliding glass doors (on the west end of the garage).
  • Take elevator to the 3rd floor.

REMINDERS

  • Please read through the Seattle Surgery Center Patient Handbook prior to surgery.
  • Do not have anything to eat or drink past midnight the night before your surgery.
  • Please make arrangements for a responsible adult to take you home after your surgery; you will not be allowed to leave alone or drive yourself home.

THINGS TO BRING TO SURGERY

  • Photo ID.
  • Insurance card.
  • Form of payment if you have been notified of a co-pay, deductible, etc.
  • Copy of Advanced Directive (if applicable).
  • List of current medications and allergies.
  • Case for glasses, contacts, dentures as needed.
  • Crutches, sling, brace, boot, ice machine, etc.
  • Inhaler if you have asthma.
  • CPAP machine and mask if you have sleep apnea.
  • Insulin if you have diabetes.
  • A magazine, book, iPad, etc to help you stay relaxed. We make every attempt to stay on schedule, but sometimes delays are unavoidable.
